Product & Craftsmanship
Are your candles made with natural ingredients?
Yes. Our candles are made with high-quality wax and carefully selected fragrance oils, designed to burn cleanly and safely.
How strong is the scent?
Our fragrances are carefully balanced — noticeable, yet never overwhelming.

Are your products handmade?
Yes. From the ceramic vessels to the candle-making process, each piece is crafted by hand.
Subtle variations make every piece unique — some are truly one of a kind.
Can the ceramic vessel be reused?
Yes. Each vessel is designed for reuse.
Once the candle is finished, you can refill it with our candle refill kits, or continue using it as a decorative or storage piece.
Why are there two wicks?
Through extensive testing, we use dual wicks of different thicknesses to balance scent throw and burn time.
Lighting both wicks creates a fuller fragrance and an even melt pool.
Using one wick extends the overall burn time.
You can choose based on your space and mood.

Do you offer free shipping?

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
